Web/ Social Media Management Full-time/ Part-time/Intern Position

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to...
- Assist in building social media engagement across all social media platforms
- Curate, create and execute the company’s social media initiatives and strategies
- Assist in tracking social media campaigns
- Update the company’s websites, marketing documents & databases
- Coordinate product reviews & giveaways
- Monitor conversations about the brand across all platforms
- Follows social media trends or better yet, creates social media trends
- Website and social media optimization
- Google AdWords/Adsense
- Online and community outreach and promotion using Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Pinterest & Instagram
- Add/edit product pages on company websites including taking photos of the products and updating the product details.

Requirements:
- Recent degree or currently enrolled in Marketing or Business or Computer related major is preferred
- Good understanding of SEO strategies
- Good research skills and photo editing skill
- Strong creative writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of fundraising platforms
- Must be internet-savvy
- Social media genius: Must be proficient and active on all Social Media Platforms. Facebook,Twitter,Instagram,Pinterest, Reddit – Tumblr, YouTube, Linkedin, etc
- Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to...
• Provide administration and accounting support to managers and supervisors 
• Handle all the incoming invoices and assist in all payments and cash management 
• Maintain calendars and create monthly accounting reports (e.g. expense)
• Prepare and organize company’s documents
• Coordinate special events, and schedule travel
• Manage all the utility bills and other payments of the company
• Scanning, faxing, and copying of documents
• Manage sales orders including taking customers’ orders through phone and emails, scheduling shipping/delivery date for customers and incoming containers for the company.
• Assist in achieving the monthly sales goals 
• Assist with general practice projects, warehouse operations and needs
• Protect company confidentiality issues.
• And other general clerical duties

Requirements:
• Good Attendance and flexible work schedule
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Have some experience and knowledge of standard administrative practice and procedures; some experience in working garment industry preferred
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Phone skills handling customer issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Moderate computer skills (e.g. Proficient in Microsoft Office, inventory management system)
• Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Responsible, hardworking, honest, self-motivated starter, good work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals, as well as establish and maintain effective work relationships.
• Must have work authorization in United States
• Must have a reliable transportation

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Associate 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to...
- Staging and sorting merchandise for loading.
- Responsible to drive company auto to make deliveries and other errands as needed.
- Loading and unloading trailers, sorting and placing merchandise in racks, stacking cardboard boxes and pallets.
- Moving materials, wrapping boxes, boxing and labeling, controlling quality, maintaining logs
- Operating forklifts/pallet jacks.
- Receive, store and distribute merchandise as we as to provide support to other in doing the similar tasks.
- Operate stand/deep reach forklift and pallet jack/sit down forklift.
- Load and unload shipments; Pack and unpack orders.
- Perform merchandise receipts and issues; verify quantities and items being shipped.
- Ability to adjust and fill-in for different kinds of responsibilities within the warehouse environment.
- Able to interact and communicate with co-workers in a professional manner.
- Assists with department inquiries, including Transferring purchase orders.
- Printing and receiving sales order for warehouse processing.
- Helps with special projects with warehouse and keeps receiving and shipping log up to date and sales order coordination.
- Preparing shipping paperwork as well as completes shipping transaction in appropriate systems.
- Help to contact and follow up the customers' orders
- Able to lift, stoop and bend without restriction repeatedly over the course of a shift.

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with Clean DMV Record
- Good Attendance, Flexible Schedule
- Have experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures 
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills
